The Comprehension Weight Management Center in Taipei University Hospital is a division with multidisciplinary approach for obese patients to lose weight in effective and healthy ways. The academic mission of all faculties is exemplified by the strong focus on clinical practice, the education of fellows, surgical residents and medical students and research. The bariatric surgical team at the Taipei Medical University are among the most experienced and innovative in the world when it comes to laparoscopic weight loss surgery. Our bariatric surgeons have performed more of these minimally invasive procedures including Adjustable Gastric Banding , Sleeve Gastrectomy and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and non-invasive procedure of BioEnterics Intragastric Balloon. Dr.Wang is the official trainer of adjustable Lap Band surgery and BioEnterics Intragastric Balloon.
