The Comprehension Weight Management Center employs a multidisciplinary approach to empower patients to lose weight in an effective and healthy way. We have assembled a dedicated team with strong focus on current clinical guidelines, research, and education & training for Bariatric surgeons, dietitians, and nursing specialists. The bariatric surgical team at Taipei Medical University Hospital are among the most experienced and innovative in the world when it comes to laparoscopic weight loss surgery.
Our bariatric surgeons are all certified in minimally invasive procedures such as LPS Adjustable Gastric Banding, LPS Sleeve Gastrectomy and LPS mini-gastric bypass, and LPS Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, as well as less-invasive procedure, such as BioEnterics Intragastric Balloon procedure.
